IRRIGATION: Irrigation will be provided by an automatic underground system capable of providing adequate water to planting throughout the year. The irrigation system will be design build by the landscape contractor. VISION CLEARANCE: All shrubs in the vision clearance triangle shall be maintained at a height of no greater that three (3) feet, measured from the top of curb. All trees in the vision clearance triangle are to be limbed up to a height of eight (8) feet, measured from the top of curb. TREE PRUNING: All trees or shrubs hereafter planted or substantially pruned in any public right-of-way shall only be pruned or planted with permission of the controlling agency.
