Youth Councilor Report and Staff Updates
Youth Councilor Hellhake: Updates were shared on River Terrace 2.0
Staff Liaison Richardson: March 16 meeting canceled. The Family Promise Movie Night is March 27.
TYAC next meets on March 30. The Braver Angels event is April 8. State of Our City is on April 13.
State of Our City Event
Volunteers selected for State of Our City for ushering: Kailani Rue, Kim Vargas, Jett Switzer. Input was
sought for student performers. Motive Theatrics was suggested.
Braver Angels Event
Volunteers selected for Braver Angels: Millie Williams, Asher Hellhake, Kailani Rue, Zoey Godfrey
City of Tigard Boards & Committees Code of Conduct Review
Staff liaison Richardson went over the Tigard Boards & Committees Code of Conduct, highlighting
specific areas such as ethics, conflicts of interest, and attendance, and asked members to sign a copy.
Movie Night Event
Members planned the March 27 Family Promise of Tualatin Valley movie night. Volunteers selected:
Asher Hellhake, Kim Vargas, Chelsy Vicente Xiloj. Movie selected: Rise of the Guardians. Start time:
5:30pm for crafting (mini zines), movie at 6:30. Snacks and beverages to bring: lemonade and sugar
cookies (popcorn will be served by Family Promise staff).
