The fee will be invoiced as follows: • Initial Retainer fee: One-third (1/3) of the search fee will be paid at the time of search initiation. • The second third (1/3) of the search fee will be paid at the time of the candidates' interviews with the client. • The final third (1/3) of the search fee will be recalculated to reflect the actual final agreed- upon first year's salary on the candidate's start date. All the following services are included in the fee listed above at no additional charge.
