Your comment must be received by us by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7th, 2026. • Video Public Testimony: Please use the online form at https://www.tigard-or.gov/your- government/budget/video-public-testimony-registration to register for the video testimony. This registration must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday May 7th, 2026. • If you prefer to call in, please call 503-966-4101 when instructed to be placed in the queue. • If attending the meeting in person, please fill out the public testimony sign-in sheet at the front of the room and come to the microphone when your name is called. • Individuals wishing to provide public testimony should plan to speak for no more than 2 minutes. If there are a large number of speakers, the Chair may reduce the time per speaker to 1 minute and may limit the number of speakers in order to allow as many people as possible an opportunity to be heard.
