Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.

Call for comments from the public.
6:10 PM 4. Tigard Parks and Recreation Budget Update
Parks and Recreation Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide information on the status of the
FY 2027 Parks and Recreation budget with PRAB discussion to follow.
6:25 PM 5. Public Works Department Communication Update
Public Works Community Engagement Coordinator, Jessica Love, will provide
information on upcoming Public Works programs and activities of interest to the Park
and Recreation Advisory Board.
6:40 PM 6. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide updates
on park related policies, programs, and projects of interest
6:55 PM 7. Recreation Update
Update, overview, and future Recreation offerings from Kaitlyn Leaf, Recreation
Program Coordinator and Justin More, Recreation Program Specialist.
7:10 PM 8. Parks Update
Projects and operations update from Parks Supervisors, Martin McKnight and Greg
Stout.

Parking lot from prior PRAB meetings for further discussion:
Park policy/rules - trail safety; drone use
Park policy - maintaining the integrity and existing footprint of parks; protecting
park assets from being monetized to outside interest/uses
Support for Trail System funding strategy
Support for Park Ranger position

opportunity to participate equally in all city meetings.
Upon request, the city will do its best to arrange for the following services/equipment:
• Assistive listening devices.
• Qualified sign language interpreters.
• Qualified bilingual interpreters.
Because the city may need to hire outside service providers or arrange for specialized equipment, those requesting
services/equipment should do so as far in advance as possible, but no later than 3 city work days prior to the meeting.
