Hi Ken,
I have reviewed the case correspondence documents you provided and have determined that the flooring changes
would not be a violation of the Oregon Specialty Codes. Flooring materials are not a part of any STC assembly
requirements if any such requirements even existed at the time of construction. I find no reason to continue any
enforcement under the requirements of the building codes.
