Description:
Please provide specific information about the conditions of the property that are out of compliance. This
information must be sufficiently detailed for us to be able to determine whether a violation exists. Please also
describe where on the site these conditions exist(front yard,driveway,roof,etc.).
I own a ground level condo. New neighbors moved in above me last summer. They removed the carpeting and padding and
replaced it with vinyl flooring that might have a cork backside but otherwise no padding was installed between the vinyl
r sheeting and the concrete. I've mentioned to the owners above me on a regular basis since early September of 2025 that I
hear Loud sounds,including loud footsteps,from their unit,including the bedroom. I can hear them walk around at night after
L10pm,which occasionally wakes me up. A few times they have mentioned that they are putting rugs down but months later I
still hear a lot of noise. I wrote a letter to the HOA in March 2026,a meeting was then scheduled,and the HOA president said
during the meeting that they will not be asking the owners to replace padding under the vinyl flooring and that I might consider
getting noise canceling headphones.
