Hi Ken,
The ceiling repair Nas said would happen today didn't. No one came today.
It is frustrating that I was told twice over a period of time that they would move me temporarily while
remediation was taking place- first to a one bedroom apartment then later a two bedroom apartment
and they have reneged. I do not wish to leave my apartment.
Thank you very much,
Cynthia Dorell

Hi Nas,
I have no intention on leaving my apartment on a permanent basis. I am willing to
relocate to the apartment you showed me last week only on a temporary basis during
the remediation process. This move would have to be with the understanding that I
will return to my current apartment when the remediation process is completed.
Thank you,
Cynthia Dorell

Hi Miss Cynthia,
I did see the messages you sent over the weekend and
yesterday—thank you for keeping me updated. I have a
maintenance technician on-site today, and I'll have him take
care of patching the ceiling.
In regard to the transfer, I do want to reassure you that we've
worked to find the best possible solution given the situation.
Unfortunately, the transfer will need to be permanent, as we're
not able to accommodate moving back and forth between
units. This situation has truly been out of both of our control—
it's not your fault, and it's not ours either, just an unforeseen
issue within the building and nature.
I completely understand your frustration, and I do hear your
concerns. We do have a solution in place, and I'm asking that
we work together to move forward with this plan. At this time,
returning to the original unit will not be possible, and the
transfer will need to remain permanent.
I do have meetings for most of the day today, but I will be more
available toward the end of the day after 3:00 PM if you would
like to connect.
Please let me know if you have any questions, and I'm here to
help however I can as we move forward.
Regards,
no B......
