We recently received your code compliance request. We appreciate your dedication to
maintaining neighborhood livability in Tigard. At this time, the property owner/manager
at 13828 SW FANNO CREEK DR Unit:10 has been notified and given 20 calendar
days from the date of the letter to correct the problem.
If the problem persists beyond this timeframe, please contact us at
codecompliance@tigard-or.gov and reference record number HCC2026-0011. The city
has limited staff resources and is unable to investigate every complaint or to do field
