They wanted to explain to you what next steps are needed and he will include this in his report. Firstly, Daria from Eraticon removed a dead rat from the attic. I have been smelling a strange smell lately and they said it could be from that. They say the next step needed is for a contractor or roofer to examine entry points for the rodents. Eraticon employees' ladder is not tall enough to do that, and for someone to examine this from the outside they need a harness (which Eraticon employees don't have). The Eraticon employee found light entries in the attic on the north wall over the north window of the front bedroom which he thinks is the point of entry This is where ducting and other entry points through the wall are found.This is the bedroom where I hear A LOT of activity in a couple places. He says he can't just plug around the light entries from the inside. I hope we can get a contractor or roofer out here soon to repair this- before another of these very active rodents breaks through my ceiling again. They only have one camera up there, and it is not in the area where I am continuing to hear rodent noises- in the area of the lowest slope of the roof over my bedroom bed. This is the area where rodents have clawed open the ceiling 3 times in the last year! There are walls there and they are not able to visualize. What is the plan at this point to resolve this problem spanning over a year? The Erin Isle workman probably just informed you that he had had the understanding that the roof had already been repaired, about 2 months ago. I told him that I had had a leak(showed him the video of a lot of water rushing through that I sent you (video in this email chain) on Oct 13. He says he only repairs the underside, not the leak on top. It sounds like my repair still can't get done- until the roof on top gets fixed. I believe it has been about 8 months since CJ temporarily injected foam into the holes. I will send you a video from yesterday when the water was streaming through this roof. In March you indicated you thought they were waiting for better weather to repair the roof. Decent weather is about gone. Obviously cleaning the gutters which was done a couple weeks ago didn't remedy the problem. Again, I want to know what the plan to fix this is?
