Hello Ken,
I have never gone through a process like this and wondered if you can offer any advice on my rights and the
apartment management responsibilities on leaving my apartment for remediation and the right to return to it. I have
felt really desperate this week, three nights I slept very poorly trying to figure out what do to. I have had the heat off
and windows open in all weather and still am having problems with the air.
Maybe it out of your scope, but if you know of a good legal contact that would also be welcome.

Hi Nas,
I think you probably know that I have felt under a tremendous amount of stress with the conditions in
my apartment and have felt the need to get quickly out of my apartment until it is remediated. I
haven't had full use of my residence for months, I haven't had heat in my bedroom for
months. Because of these difficult conditions, and that I am having to leave my home of 11 plus
years under duress (we both agree it is not OK to stay here during remediation), I am putting forth
that I should have the right to return to my apartment after remediation is finished if I should so
chose.
