Hi Miss Cynthia,
Thank you for your email. I'm still working on getting the air purifiers secured. I initially
thought Carlos would be able to provide them, but he currently only has dehumidifiers
available. I am now looking into other companies that may have air purifiers available for
rent, and I will let you know as soon as I have an update.
Regarding your bathroom fan, I will connect with Carlos to check his availability and
schedule a time to have it replaced. I agree that would be a good next step.

Hi Nas,
You said you will be sending a couple air purifiers out here. That is a good idea. The nasty smell
especially in the front bathroom and also some under the kitchen sink is still there, even though
cleaning the bathroom fan helped a lot. I am concerned that it is still from rodents urine, etc. I
opened the apartment to air which helped for a bit, but I went back to the bathroom and it was there
again. Perhaps more materials up in the attic need to be removed?
