Hi Miss Cynthia,
Thank you for reaching out. I am aware of the items that still need to be addressed in your
unit.
1.)The restoration company will be out tomorrow between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to begin
air purification and scrubbing, as well as to check a few additional items.
2.) On Wednesday between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM,the electrician will be onsite to address
the attic wiring and your heater.
Regarding the unit transfer, I have held off for a couple of reasons. After confirming with
corporate, a transfer would require you to permanently re-qualify and remain in the new
unit, and I understand that may not be your preference. Additionally, the only available unit
is in the same building, which would not resolve the concerns you're currently
experiencing. That unit is also not yet ready due to a paint matching issue, as we've had to
switch vendors and re-test the wall color.
I do understand that you feel your unit is uninhabitable. I have reached back out to Critter
Control to complete another scope to ensure nothing has been missed, and I am currently
waiting for their response. At this time, aside from offering a hotel accommodation—which
I understand you've declined in the past—I do not have another immediate alternative.
Please also note that I will not be in the office tomorrow as my children are extremely sick. I
will be available periodically by email, but I will not be checking messages throughout the
day.

Additionally, when attempting to contact me by phone, please be mindful of my office
schedule. I am only onsite at Fanno Creek on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to
5:00 PM, so I would not be available on Mondays, Wednesday, or Fridays.

extremely foul odors emanating from under the kitchen sink and front bathroom. This
weekend I have the heat in the dining room set to 57 degrees with the windows open
to minimize smells. I also have ongoing bird activity in the attic.
