Hello Ms. Doren,
I tired calling the number we have on file for you , (317) 941-5432, but it doesn't seem the
call was going through so that's why I'm sending an email.The Pest control company just
got back to me and has already started the process. They were able to build an entry door
for the pests to exit from the roof today, so they did not need to enter your unit.
They won't be returning tomorrow, but they will be back on Monday to complete the
remaining work.This will include removal of the insulation, bacterial growth remediation,
pest remediation, installation of new insulation, and spraying to eliminate any bacteria or
mess left behind by the rodents.
They will need access to your unit on Monday to complete the work. You are welcome to
return home after that, or if you prefer,you may stay away until Tuesday.
