Hi Nas,
I am summating here ongoing action items:
1. Urgent need for fan replacement and seal around it to the attic in front bathroom.
2. Still no heat in front bedroom, several weeks ago maintenance stated need an electrician.
3. Were gnawed electrical wires in attic replaced?
4. Last week you offered to move me into another apartment for the expected 3-4 weeks of
remediation which was deemed a major project. What is the standing of this major project?
5. Pest control said they only remediated the area over my apartment; Timothy from Critter Control
said they were to remediate the entire building attic.
