Hi Nas,
It has become very clear that the smell in the front bathroom is related to the temperature. When it
is cold outside, like tonight, and there is no sun to warm the roof the smell gets really bad in the
bathroom- so bad that I can't use it. Hopefully replacing the fan and sealing off the attic will take
care of that and I know you have plans to fix this. I need to highlight the urgency of getting this
smell and it's cause fixed very soon. My son will be visiting in about a week and he will be in the
guest room with the adjoining bath in the back. I won't have access to that bathroom- especially in
the night. I haven't been able to use that bathroom since early in January due to the bad smell; the
bathroom door has remained closed for a very long time.
