Here you should find images that you can click on a the bottom of the email. Many thanks, Cynthia Dorell Dear Ken, A general contractor(I believe Finnmark) came to my apartment yesterday. Nas, in apartment management, wanted them to assess the roof from the attic above my apartment. They were told to look at my attic area only. I asked them if they found any more points of entry (for wildlife) above my apartment and was told "not really". I told them that Critter Control found rodent infestation in the attic above all the apartments in the building with mine being the worst. Although Nas was probably notified by Critter Control, I notified her on 3/13 of the above, that they found rodent infestation in the attic above ALL the apartments in my building and also that my apartment is the worst as far as bite marks. It stands to reason that if they can find no further points of entry above my apartment then the rodents (and birds) that are now above my apartment are coming in from other's apartments. On 4/1 an electrician working in the attic said that the squirrel he saw in the attic that day he believes entered my apartment from my neighbor's apartment 1 through a hole. (Please see attached photos taken by the electrician on 4/1, after remediation by Critter Control on 3/23/26 and 3/24/26.) Apartment management is no longer working with Critter Control. Critter Control had recommended remediation of the entire attic over all the apartments in the building, but on 3/24 their technician was told he was to only remediate above my apartment. Timothy, the lead/contact from Critter Control, voiced concern about the possibility of black mold in the attic above my apartment. I don't the results of the testing that was done for that. How can there be a real solution to this infestation problem if points of entry from other apartments in the building are not addressed? Also, how can there be assurance that the building is safe and healthy for all if the entire attic is not adequately treated? Thank you very much, Cynthia Dorell Sent with Proton Mail secure email. 2
