Hi Don,
The complainant reported that the RV trailer has returned to your property and is being lived-in again. When I asked
why he believes the RV trailer is being lived-in, he indicated that it doesn't appear to be in "storage mode" and that
everything on the RV trailer is deployed as if occupied. He requested that I keep the case open until the RV trailer on
your property no longer appears to be lived-in. Can you provide additional evidence that the RV trailer on your property
is not being permanently lived-in?

Hello Ken,
I just wanted to follow up from our phone conversation the other day.
As I mentioned during our phone conversation we intend to comply with the listed codes. I would also like to point out
for the record that we were never in violation of any of the listed codes.
Furthermore,the trailer will not be used for dwelling purposes that will exceed a period of 14 days in one calendar year.
Please let me know if there is any further information you need from me to close this issue out?
