YCC Report & Staff Updates
Upcoming Meeting Schedule:
• No meeting Feb 16 – President’s Day
• Meeting March 2 and every two weeks thereafter until May 25.
• No meeting May 25 – Memorial Day
• Feb 19: virtual meeting with Tualatin YAC (optional)
• March 13-16: Asher, Chelsy & Kai – Washington, D.C.
• March 27: Teen movie night at Family Promise
• April 8: Braver Angels event with Tualatin YAC
• May 19: TYAC Annual Report at City Council
• Summer 2026 – tour city facilities
• Fall – Winter TBD

Improve for next time: come earlier for setup, have popcorn, extra time for activity
Movie ideas: Sound of Music, Wizard of Oz, Smurfs, Migration, Hop, Rise of the Guardians, Kung
Fu Panda, Peter Pan, The Wild Tobot, Pirates of the Caribbean, Croods, Hook, Snow White
Potential for starting early for crafts: Origami jumping frogs, painting, coloring pages, zines
Snacks: popcorn, flower sugar cookies
Start around 5/6 get there early to set up
