The $645.45 fee can be paid online at https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number MST2020-00153 under the Building tab. Click on the link to pay fees to be redirected to the online payment vendor. There is a 3%service fee for using a card for payment, and there is no fee for paying by check (select which payment option you prefer using the drop down arrow).
