4. Water Supply Update —John Goodrich

5. Water Rates Study Project —John Goodrich
Mr. Doug Gabbard, FCSG consulting will be providing an overview of the project and
basic utility practices associated with utility rate setting and System Development Charges.
6. Water Rates Discussion Topics —John Goodrich and Samantha Rico
Staff has prepared four discussion topics that will be provided to the WAB members.
These topics will be going to Council on July 21, and staff is requesting WAB provide
advisory recommendations for council to consider. Decisions relating to these four issues
will help in finalizing the water rate model and pricing structure recommendations.

Executive Session
The Water Advisory Board may go into Executive Session. If an Executive Session is called to order,
the appropriate ORS citation will be announced identifying the applicable statute. All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the Session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend Executive Sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose
any information discussed. No Executive Session may be held for the purpose of taking any final
action or making any final decision. Executive Sessions are closed to the public.
The City of Tigard tries to make all reasonable modifications to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal
opportunity to participate in all city meetings.
Upon request,the city will do its best to arrange for the following services/equipment:
