Section 06 10 00 Rough Carpentry
All exposed roof or soffit decking, columns and other exposed wood members to be select
clear Douglas fir. No exposed fastener. Finish to be determined.
Section 07 21 16—Batt Insulation
Exterior Walls—Unfaced Thermal Fiberglass Insulation with separate vapor retarder,
Thickness 3.5", R-13.
Interior Walls— Unfaced Fiberglass Sound Control Batts. 3 1/2"Thick. All interior walls.
Section 07 27 00 - Weather Barrier
WR Grace, Perm-a-Barrier, or equivalent.
Location: Exterior side of all exterior walls. All tapes,flashing, adhesives, and accessories
by manufacture of weather barrier and compatible with system. - All installation per
manufacturer's recommendations.
Section 07 62 00 - Sheet Metal Flashing
All sheet metal flashing to be 24 GA minimum factory finished galvanized or metallic
coated steel with G902275 zinc coating and shop pre-coated with modified silicone
coating: or factory finished with Galvalume or Zincalume. Exterior finish to be PVDF
Polyvinyl Fluoride Coating: Superior Performance Organic Finish, AAMA 2604 AAMA
2605; multiple coats, thermally cured fluoropolymer finish system. Color(s) to be
determined.
Installation as detailed. All exposed edges to be hemmed.
