At time of arrival form boards and rebar had been placed within footing locations. Subgrade was generally covered with a thin layer of recycled crushed concrete. Using a Y2"diameter steel foundation rod, I probed footing subgrade. Resistance to penetration indicated stiff to medium stiff subgrade conditions. Based on our observation and probing, it is our opinion that footing subgrade for buildings within lots 9 and 10 observed today, in areas observed today and noted on attached site plan, have been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
