Regarding the Riley D plan that Jeff O'Brien is building on parcel 3, Echo Heights in Tigard,
there was a window change from the original plan submitted. The original plan had two
windows at the front upstairs bedroom. The builder has changed this to a single 5/0 slider. I
have provided drawings showing this change. The headers do not change and there is no
significant loading that will affect the foundation plan.
