Regarding: Swimming Pool Reinforcing and Construction Review

As requested, VLMK Engineering + Design has reviewed construction photos of the residential
swimming pool and spa located at 15075 SW Danube Drive in Tigard, Oregon 97024.
Per our review, we have determined that the swimming pool reinforcing appears to be acceptable as
installed and as outlined in the Sousou Residence Swimming Pool drawings dated April 26, 2019 as
prepared by Otten Landscape Architects, Inc. and Sousou Residence Swimming Pool Structural
Calculations as prepared by VLMK Engineering + Design dated April 29, 2019.
To the best of my knowledge the swimming pool has been constructed in accordance with drawings
and structural calculations noted above and as such, should be considered adequate as constructed.
