Purpose: I Observe subgrade for lot 147,148 and 149
Outstanding Issues:
Upon arrival,I observed that subgrade for lots 147, 148 and 149 had been prepared.Crews had started setting up
forms for the footing.Observing around the forms,subgrade consisted of brown silt.Using a'A"steel foundation
probe,I evaluated the relative consistency of the subgrade.Soils within the building footprint were generally
medium stiff to stiff where probed.
Based on our observations,it is our opinion the subgrade observed for Lot 147, 148 and 149 observed today,as
indicated on the attached site plan,has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical
recommendations.
