Purpose: Observe Lots 139-140 Subgrade
Outstanding issues: l *RESOLVED*
I was informed lots 139-140 subgrade had been over-excavated where previously observed as soft(see site plan).
Subgrade appeared to consist of brown silt,Using a Y4 diameter steel foundation probe,I observed the relative
consistency of the subgrade.Probe resistance indicated generally medium stiff to stiff subgrade conditions.
Based on our observations,it is our opinion the lot subgrade observed today have been prepared in general
accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
