Removal and replacement of trees with similar canopy spread tree is recommended following city guidelines. 1 Western Red Cedar(Thuja plicate) 15"DBH tree located inside a raised bed south east of the property in front of unit#241. The planting location of this tree is not ideal for its species since it is shallow rooted.The possibilities of the whole tree toppling over are higher since the tree is planted above grade. The tree roots will start to push the retaining wall made of block and start causing parking lot damage.As a precautionary measure to reduce the liability, it is recommended to remove and replace with a like canopy tree based on city guidelines.
