Re:Plans 40A/B/D and 60A/B/D-Roshak Ridge
Vista Structural Engineering,LLC,was asked to address the installation of plywood shear panel over gyp board on
the interior face of a 2-sided plywood shearwalls. We recommend approval of the installation of plywood shear
panel over gyp board on the interior face of walls with use of lOd x 3"nails,in place of the 8d x 2'A"nails specified
on the shear wall schedule noted on the plans. This recommendation holds true for all 40A/B/D and 60A/B/D
plans being built in the Roshak Ridge Development. ,.
