This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the 'River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
For plan types 7A, 7B and 7D, the front living room shearwalls (first floor) are P2 shearwalls and the
rear garage braced wall panel shearwalls (first floor) are P3 shearwalls. The structural calculations
incorrectly show that the living room walls are double-sided 2P3 shearwalls and the garage braced
wall panels are double-sided 2P4 shearwalls.
