The building permit valuation should include the cost of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, work as well. There is no need to exclude them from the valuation of$430,000.00. The plumbing permit application will not need to be submitted at the OTC appointment. We just wanted to alert you to how important it is that there is an accurate accounting of all plumbing fixtures capped, added, and relocated during the construction process. Have your plumbing contractor complete the form and submit when ready. Per your request, I have scheduled the OTC for Wednesday, December 11, at 10:00am.
