A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEES AND CHARGES FOR STORM AND SURFACE
WATER SERVICES
WHEREAS,the city conducted a financial rate study for Storm and Surface Water Services in November 2019
that meets the provisions of TMC 3.32.030-Method of Determining Rates for Fees and Charges;and
WHEREAS, City Council reviewed and considered the findings and recommendations of the rate study for
Tigard Stormwater Surcharges on December 10,2019.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The Master Fees and Charges for the City of Tigard are amended as shown in the attached
schedule (Exhibit A).
SECTION This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
