RE: Building Permit Applications for Fountains at Summerfield—Deck Repairs
I have submitted permit applications for condominiums 101 and 102. I am requesting a
priority approval, because we suspect that one or both beams may need to be replaced.
We want to have time to have them inspected before the mason repairs the brick columns
and hence covering them before an inspection is made.
The applications are the same as previously submitted deck applications.
