The permit for the Pinero project is almost ready to be issued. However, according to the BCD website, no
signing supervisor is attached to A & R Solar. Once this problem has been resolved, please forward the signing
supervisor's information to us. The permit will be ready to be issued at that time.
The balance due will be $358.69. I have attached the invoice for your review.
You can then pay the fees online, or when you pick up the permit, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We
are closed on Fridays.

Submittal Documents required for Prescriptive Installations
Show the location of the PV system in relation to buildings, structures,
property lines, and, as applicable, flood hazard areas.
Site Plan Details must be clear and easy to read.
Minimum size of the plan is 8.5 x 11 inches.
Attach a simple structural plan showing the roof framing (rafter size,type, and
spacing) and PV module system racking attachment.
System must be shown in sufficient detail and clarity to assess whether it
