This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace Area 4 Roshak Row Houses' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans, plywood sheathing is not required to extend past the top plates of
the top floor party walls and into the roof framing provided there is a drag truss located above each
party wall and each drag truss is attached to the roof sheathing and the upper top plate of the party
wail.
