I understand from our permit technicians you are aware of the open MST permit for the garage and MEC

permit for the furnace and AC. With no final inspections being done on the permits the code violations
can't be addressed at this time. If final inspections are not scheduled the permits will eventually be
expired. If the house is sold, the new owners will be responsible for the deficiencies. It also appears from
the home inspection report that there has been plumbing and possibly additional electrical work beyond
the scope of the closed electrical permit done without permits. Let me know if you have any questions.

The realtor representing a prospective buyer reported that it appears there are multiple code violations at this address
12BOOSVVWalnut St. He has provided a link to a copy of the home inspection report and photos in the email below.
He said that the new furnace and water heater are venting into the attic and there are other numerous issues that he
wants the city to be aware of because the property is for sale. I see that there is an active permit for furnace and A/C
but no inspections. There is also an active permit for a garage addition that you last inspected on 7/7/2017 for framing.
