This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Per our discussion with Polygon, it's our understanding that the garage floor currently slopes from
the front of the garage to the back of the garage. Based on our review of the plans, a proper
resolution would be to add the following materials directly on top of the pressure-treated plywood
floor sheathing to create a properly sloped garage floor. Note that items are listed from bottom to
top. The existing structural framing system shall not be altered:
