Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:15 p.m. 4. Parks Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) A brief presentation on CIP projects. The PRAB will be asked to rank preferred park and trail CIP projects. 8:00 P.M. 5. Overview of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan Staff will update the PRAB on the Master Plan process. 8:10 pm 6. PRAB Items for Council Discussion items for the December Joint meeting including: The future of Parks and Rec in Tigard, Goals for the PRAB in 2020 8:55 p.m. 8. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h).
