The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.
MEETING DATE: October 14, 2019, 7 — 9 p.m.

7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.

Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Parks Capital Improvement Projects (CIP)
A brief presentation on CIP projects. The PRAB will be asked to rank preferred
park and trail CIP projects.
8:00 P.M. 5. Overview of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan
Staff will update the PRAB on the Master Plan process.
8:10 pm 6. Park Updates
Updates from Supervisor Martin McKnight
8:20 p.m. 7. PRAB Items for Council
Discussion items for the December Joint meeting including: The future of Parks
and Rec in Tigard, Goals for the PRAB in 2020

Call for non-agenda items.
8:56 p.m. 9. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
