Purpose: Observe sue.rade for lots 219 throw h 223
Outstanding Issues: none
Upon arrival, I observed that form work for lots 219 through 223 had been completed. Subgrade under the form
work consistedof structural fill(for the northern portion of the lots)and native silts(for the southern downslope
portion of the lots). Using a=14"steel foundation probe, I evaluated the relative stiffness of the subgrade beneath the
form work. Soils within the building footprint and beneath the form work were generally stiff to medium stiff where
probed.
Based on our observations and probing,the subgrade beneath the building footprint and footings for lots 219
through 223 was prepared in general accordance with site plans, and our geotechnical recommendations,
