This bulletin provides response to RFI's, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the 'River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans &the information &construction photos provided by Polygon
regarding the notched 1-3/4" x 14" LVL. A 4" x 8" header should be installed above the doorway
where the notched LVL is located.

for the given loading condition. No change is required.

This bulletin provides response to RFI's, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the 'River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans &the information & construction photos provided by Polygon
regarding the 1-3/4" x 14" LVL beam with five 1" diameter electrical holes drilled through. A Simpson
MSTA24 strap should be attached along the bottom of the beam, where the drilled holes are
located.
