This bulletin provides response to RFI's, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans &the information & construction photos provided by Polygon, the
GLB 3.5" x 9.5" header& supporting cripple studs for the garage wall electrical panel are acceptable
for the given loading condition. No change is required.

This bulletin provides response to RFI's, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the 'River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans & the information & construction photos provided by Polygon
regarding the 1-3/4" x 14" LVL beam with three 1" diameter electrical holes drilled through. A
Simpson MSTA24 strap should be attached along the bottom of the beam, where the drilled holes
are located.
