Enclosed please find an application for building permit for equipment changes to an existing
antenna array and radio equipment at an existing telecommunications tower located at 16668 SW
Autumnvale Lane, Tigard, OR 97007.
As per a phone conversation with Brandon Taggert, I have enclosed (2) copies of the construction
drawings, (2) copies of the structural analysis report, and (1) copy of the commercial building
permit application. I have also included a check for $381.02 for plan review fees based on a
valuation of$37,000.
