Since you are contemplating the submittal of another deck revision for a different design, the plans examiner has asked that we now put this revision on hold until you have committed to a specific design. Also, we want to clarify that this deck will be a revision to the original active building permit, MST2019-00095 and we will be voiding the permit MST2019-00280 created in error that was submitted as a deck revision. In addition, please do not submit the entire house plans showing the deck for any revisions. We just want the revised plan sheets that show the deck, including elevation, and the plans examiner will slip sheet the revised pages into the original plan set during plan review. The bigger issue is that you have already submitted deck changes to the Building Division, and any future changes will require additional revisions.
