Hi Michael,
I reviewed your plumbing application for Reece Security, and we did not receive an authorized signature on the bottom
of the application. Also, the Commercial Fixture Work section on the second page has a "yes" in each row or column
rather than quantities. I scanned the second page of the application above and marked the quantities to what I believe
they will be based on the fixture counts on the front of the application. Please confirm that there will be (6) added or
new 2" floor drain/sinks. Once I receive a signature and get confirmation of the fixtures, I will process your permit as
soon as possible.
