Dear Scott:
I do hereby certify that the public improvements associated with the above referenced
project have been inspected under my supervision. In these inspections, I, or people under
my supervision, have determined that the improvements have been constructed in
accordance with the plans and specifications as approved by the City of Tigard and have
been accomplished in accordance with the provisions of the effective Community
Development Code and the Conditions of Approval.
Furthermore, I certify that the private site improvements relative to the civil engineering
elements and systems have been constructed in accordance with the final construction
plans.
