Scope of Work
Latimer HVAC will perform the following scope of work:
1. Provide and install new rooftop gaspack unit on factory curb. Use curb clips.
2. Provide (1) roof mount vent for future exhaust- 10' min from OSA intakes.
3. Ducting into TI only.
4. Gas piping extension and final connection at new RTU.
Equipment Schedule
RTU8-. Carrier 48KCDA04F2A6- 3 ton. 460/3/60, 12MCA, 15 MOCP. 36,000 Btu cooling, 14 seer. 72,000
Btu input gas, 80%AFUE. 740#gross. Economizer.
V-1-Greenheck GRS-12. Extend 12" duct thru roof and cap.
Mechanical General Notes:
1. Cooling equipment does not exceed the load of the calculated requirement.
2. All steel ducting will be 26 ga minimum galvanized. Flex per Mfg.
3. Heating and cooling ducting to be designed to not exceed 0.5 wc positive (supply)and 0.5 wc negative
(return).
4. Provide programmable thermostat.5 degree deadband minimum.7 day. Microprocessor. Set program for
night energy savings.
5. Seal ducting with UL listed mastic or mastic tape. THE ACTIVATION OF A DUCT
6. Fan motor does not exceed allowable,first available above BHP. SMOKE DETECTOR SHALL
7. Max leakage rate of OSA or exhaust dampers to be 4 cfm/sft @ 1.0 sp. ACTIVATE A VISIBLE AND
