Purpose: Evaluate lots 41 and 32 subgrade
Outstanding Issues: FR-146 (06/05/2019) Soft wall subgrade
I observed crew had excavated to approx. planned subgrade elevation on lots 41 and 42. I observed the subgrade to
consist of brown silt. Using a%"diameter steel foundation probe, I evaluated the relative consistency of lot the
subgrade. Probe resistance indicated generally stiff to very stiff conditions.
Lot 41 address - 14179 SW River Terrace Blvd
Lot 42 address - 14157 SW River Terrace Blvd
Based on our observations and probing, it is our opinion that subgrade observed today has been prepared in general
accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
