Purpose: Observe Lot 235 Building Subgrade
Outstanding Issues:
I observed that lot 235 had been approximately cut to finished subgrade elevation and a layer of loose 3/4 inch minus
crushed rock was placed over the subgrade. I used a'A inch diameter "T. probe to evaluate relative consistency of
the subgrade. Soil appeared to consist of brown SILT; minor gravel. CeneraUy, subgrade soil was observed to be
stiff to medium stiff based on resistance to penetration of the probe.
Based on our observations and discussion with Po|ygon, it is our opinion the lot subgrade, observed today as
indicated on the attached site plan, is being prepared in general accordance with GeoDesign geotechnical
recommendations.
