It is acceptable to replace the missed 5/8"diameter anchor bolts with a 5/8"diameter wedge anchor. Provide at least 6"of
embedment into the concrete stem wall.
Also,for the main level joists that bear on pockets in the concrete stem wall you may have 2 'h"of bearing instead of 3".
This is for both one or two story homes. For a joist that is spanning 15' or less and spaced under 4' on center the load on
the end is relatively small. I believe the 3"bearing minimum is meant more for beams which typically have much higher
end reactions.
