Call to Order: 7:25 P.M.
Roll Call: Jane Miller, Susan Mueller, Walt Munhall, Peggy Ober, Dorene
Thomas, Madalyn Utz. Dick Bendixsen - excused.
Chairman Munhall reviewed his prepared report for members of the Committee.
There was discussion concerning possible input at the City Council meeting
(this same evening) by other members of the Committee. Peggy Ober reviewed
some comments she wished to make.
Munhall read a letter from GTE representative, Gardner Williams (attached),
further clarifying a point regarding the amortization of tenant improvements
above an initial $25,000.

SUBJECT': City Office Requirements/GTE Proposal
Dear Walt:
In reference to my letter of January 23rd, I would like to clarify one
point in regard to tenant improvements. As was previously stated, the
owners would finance any tenant improvements the City required over and
above the initial $25,000.00. They also will amortize this over the
lease term. However, should the City cancel their lease prior to
termination, they would be responsible for the unamortized portion of
those tenant improvements.
I would appreciate you making this a part of our revised proposal at the
City Council Meeting.
